  $35 DELIVERY & HOW IT WORKS:

• Contactless flower delivery *Select zip codes only! (if $35 delivery option doesn’t appear, we DON’T deliver to that location)

• All Deliveries take place between 7-12pm WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY (within 5 miles of 94607)

• All deliveries will be left in the most available secure location. recipient will be notified via text once delivery has been made.

• Saint Flora is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries due to negligence.

• NO SAME DAY ORDERS, Please allow 24HR for delivery prep. (all orders placed for delivery in less than 24 hours will be delivered on the next available delivery date)

• Please be aware: All Images are a standee colors/styles may vary. All flowers/colors subject to market availability.

• Returns not available.

• Missed pickups are the buyers responsibility. Orphaned flower arrangements will be donated after 24hrs.

PRODUCT SHIPPING :

• NO SHIPPING of Floral arrangements (dried or fresh).

• All shipped items will be confirmed via email with USPS tracking number.

• ALL products will be shipped via USPS in Medium Flat rate mailing boxes, to address provided at checkout.

Please allow 3-5 Business days for item to be processed and shipped. Tracking numbers will be posted once shipping has been completed.

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
